Always go to a war prepared, as the old saying goes. Do the homework before the interview board. Find the basic information about the company from the net, company website, friends. Find out as much as you can about the company's products, size, turnover, management, people, working culture, history and philosophy.

  • How long would you stay with us?
No one leaves the job if it is worth the hard work required. If the work is good, responsibilities are given; compensation is in trend with the industry, who would want a change? Specify, that as long as job remains challenging, and you can learn to grow along with the organization's growth, you don't foresee any change.
