Your Work Habits and style

  • How would you be rated by your previous superior in terms of your strengths and weaknesses?
    Be prepared. Outline your strengths and weaknesses. Don't be generous with weaknesses. You don't want yourself to be projected as a person full of weaknesses.   • Ability to work under pressure?
    If possible, give examples where you were under pressure to deliver, and you came off with flying colors. You should be prepared to slog.

  • How have you changed the nature of your job?
