Leading the glorious team, Vinit Puri, Student Placement Coordinator, 2005-06, chose to highlight the fact that nothing took place automatically. He emphasized on the hours of effort that went into organizing and coordinating the placement process.
"It is difficult to pinpoint any one individual or group of individuals as responsible for this astounding success of ours. Every single person on campus pitched in, and the end result has been truly worth it."

To complement his views, Mr. Richard Lobo, Corporate Manager, H.R., Infosys, adds, "The placement coordination this time has been great... a lot of attention to detail and sincere efforts from everyone."

The sincere efforts of faculty at XIMB, to bring about an all round development in students, and shape them into compassionate, hard working individuals, helped students stand apart, and come out on top.

Father E. Abraham S.J., Director, XIMB, applauded the efforts of everyone involved in Xuberance 2006 and said that he was elated to see the sparkling results. His exact words were, "Time and again, the students and faculty of XIM have shown that below all the frills, what ultimately make the difference are tenacity, perseverance, and above all, humility."
