Rise in International Offers & Diversity of Profiles Highlights Placements at NITIE-Mumbai

Consolidation in all the management areas has been one of the highlights of placements at NITIE this year as 30% of students embraced the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Sector. Top international and domestic banks like American Express, Citi Bank,
ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered, Kotak Mahindra and Yes Bank roped in the talent at NITIE. An unparalleled diversity of profiles was on offer with Investment Banking, Project Finance, Consumer and Wholesale Banking, Credit Risk and Treasury Operations being just some of the profiles.

India is the destination for world class IT professionals and the largest International Conglomerates were seen during placements at NITIE evincing their interest in the cream of management graduates. Some of the top recruiters were Oracle, Cypress, Sun Microsystems, Cognizant, TCS and Infosys.

Prof. Ashok Pundir, Associate Dean (Placements), extended his warm wishes to the batch while saying, "This year's placements have shown an upswing in International offers as well as in a large array of profiles such as Treasury, Investment Banking, International project finance and others.
