Objectives: The programme extends the concepts of strategic management to the international business arena. The objective is to expose the participants to become and remain competitive in the global environment. The programme is also meant to provide the managers, in depth knowledge of various aspects of international business management like understanding and analyzing international business environment, country entry and attractiveness and global strategies.

For: The programme would be most suitable for managers at middle and senior level inbusiness organizations. Managers from Indian companies and MNCs who are looking after or are planning to look after international operations would benefit from the programme by way of getting to know about strategies for improving their international competitive advantage and to structure their international operations better.
