Objectives: This workshop is an adventure of ideas and experiences on leadership. It aims to provide deep insights and action choices for leaders who are struggling to cope with a complex knowledge-driven environment. At the end of the workshop leaders can expect to gain clarity and coherence between their espoused values and values-in-action.

The participants can expect a shift in their perspective.

For: This program draws upon actual leadership practice of leaders in multinationals, public sector organizations and administrators across different cultures in four continents of the world. This workshop is likely to benefit CEOs, HR personnel, heads of functional units, entrepreneurs, administrators, academics interested in leadership studies and young leaders. Past participants of this program included the Prime Minister of Finland, the former Education Secretary of Government of India, a Vice President of AT&T, a partner in Delloitte & Touche, and Associate Professor of an Australian Business School, a senior executive of IBM, an Executive Director of Godrej and Boyce, CEO of a small startup company in North India, a young mid-career student at Harvard University.
