Understand that reinvention of the corporate starts with each individual. There are three levels of reinvention in the context of managers in organizations: Reinventing my organization, Reinventing my job/role and Reinventing myself

Help each participant to understand his/her individual personal frameworks (understanding entrepreneuring / intrapreneuring in general and also what is 'my kind' of entrepreneuring.) This understanding is essential in providing each participant with a unique anchor for taking on intrapreneurial / entrepreneurial / reinvention roles in his/her organisation

Understand reinvention efforts underway in a variety of situations and companies and use this learning to appreciate the relevance of reinvention

Develop a basic understanding of the concepts and frameworks of reinventing the corporation

Develop motivation, knowledge, skills and attitudes, which will enable participants to become reinventors / intrapreneurs

For: The program is intended for senior and middle level managers who are intent of creating an entrepreneurial climate in their organizations, as well as middle level managers who are interested in taking on intrapreneurial roles. The work experience expected of participants is ten years or more. Anyone who is involved in driving innovation in their organizations, irrespective of functional affiliation, will benefit from the program.

Contents: The program is structured into four distinct modules as follows. Each of them seeks to answer a set of core questions, which are important to understand the process of reinvention.

Where do we begin this reinvention journey?

Whom do we reinvent?

Who am I?

Who are we?

Who is the Organisation?

Understanding the linkages of I, We and the organization we work with

Appreciating the role of the environment in understanding these issues

Module-II: What do we mean by ‘reinventing’ ourselves?

How is reinventing different from other career paths? Here we take a close look at reinventing in my existing job/role/slot rather than the elusive search for and ideal job, that pushes us to migrate to other slots.
