Objectives: The programme is designed to help participants explore, analyze, and design multiple avenues for growth for their corporations. We focus, in depth, on three specifi c modes of growth: Organic growth or internal development, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and Partnerships and Alliances. The programme is designed to develop conceptual frameworks for analysis of each of these options in isolation and as alternatives, and also provide workshop sessions in which participants gain hands-on experience in using the frameworks in crafting a growth strategy for their companies.
