Internationalization Strategies For Indian Business Objectives: The programme is designed to help managers acquire and develop necessary skills to deal to plan and manage international business ventures for their companies. Focus is specifically on Indian companies who have aspirations to go global but lack necessary exposure. Starting from assessing a company’s readiness in undertaking an international venture, the programme provides an overview of planning and successfully running an international business venture.
