Q. Tell us something about the course curriculum for M.A. in HRM & LR at TISS, Mumbai. What are the changes incorporated in the curriculum over the years?

The curriculum of the M.A. in HRM & LR Programme is divided into theory, field-work, research project, and compulsory audit courses. The theory courses carry 68 credits whereas field-work and research project carries 24 credits and 4 credits respectively. Apart from these courses, institute-based foundation courses carrying a weightage of 8 credits are also offered to the students.
