The contest is open to students of all business schools in India as well as professionals working at various corporate.
The maximum number of authors for a paper cannot be more than two.
The paper-contribution must be an original thought which has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. Plagiarism will lead to disqualification. The paper will be evaluated on the basis of conceptual and research work. All references and secondary data used should be indexed clearly on a separate sheet at the end of the paper.
The soft copies should be typed in Microsoft Word, with 1.5 line spacing and Font size 10 in Arial.
The participants are required to send the soft copy of their entry to paper@coolavenues.com and shall address it to Mr. Shishir Mehta.
The last date for receipt of entries is July 31, 2005. Any delays in submission will not be entertained.
Each entry should have a cover-page mentioning name(s) of the author(s), the topic, institute/corporate addresses, e-mails, and telephone numbers. All this information should not appear anywhere in the body of the paper. This cover-page would be detached before the papers are given for panel evaluation.

The decisions of the organizers and the panel of judges will be final and will be binding on all the participants.
