The IIM Lucknow AMP provides managers with an exposure to the strategies and business processes of the world's most respected corporations, the business environment of the world's emerging economies in Europe and North America, and cutting-edge business research conducted in premier business schools of the world.

The international learning component that involves field visits to the corporation who are recognized as global leaders and interactions with their leaders. Apart from these, managers will also interact with thought leaders in both academic as well as industry in Europe and North America.

The domestic learning component at the pristine IIM Lucknow Campus provides managers a unique learning experience in terms of a variety of pedagogies (case analysis, management simulations, lectures, industry interaction workshops, games, exercises, and projects). It provides them an opportunity to take time off their day-to-day pressures and take stock of their business performance, set personal and business milestones, and rejuvenate themselves as effective individuals and managers.
