A. All the short-listed candidates are called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview which are conducted in the campus itself.

Q. What was the topic of your Group Discussion?
A. "Why Men and Women Can't Talk?"

Q. The duration of Group Discussion, Size of the Group, Number of Panelists, etc.
A. Duration - Half an hour.
Size of the Group - 10 members.
Number of Panelists - 3.

Q. Were there any set norms for Group Discussion?
A. The Group Discussion is not always a normal group discussion. Sometimes, the moderators give separate topics to all the candidates and they have to speak on them, and in some cases, candidates were allowed to come up with a topic of their choice and speak for 10 minutes on the same, followed by cross-questioning from the group as well as panelists.

Q. Do write a brief about your Group Discussion experience.
A. The Group Discussion was an enriching experience as the fellow candidates were very good in their communication and the group managed to have a structured discussion. There was no chaos during the discussion and everyone in the group participated. After the discussion, moderators asked each of us to speak something about one's own self which set one apart and made one unique. That was an interesting exercise by which we came to know about our future classmates.

A. It was pretty normal and candidates managed to have a structured discussion.

Q. Describe your impression of your team members and overall Group Discussion Process?
A. All of the fellow Group Discussion takers were brilliant in knowledge and some of them were outstanding in communication and expression. The way candidites brought forth their points was commendable.

Q. How would you rate your performance in Group Discussion? (On a scale of 10)
A. 7 out of 10.

Q. Areas where you could have performed better in your Group Discussion?
A. I could have expressed my views better by illustration and examples which I forgot to mention. I could have added few more points in the discussion.

Q. Give some handy tips regarding Group Discussion or Group Exercise that would be of great help to MBA aspirants.
A. The Most Important thing that an aspirant must keep in mind is improve his reading habits. Read, read and read whatever you lay your hands upon. You must have primary knowledge of almost everything under the sun. And you should be able to speak on any topic.
